Acccessibility Statement
The Victorian Hand commits to ensuring this website is as accessible as possible and we want as many people as possible to be able to use it. This means users should be able to:
Access the website regardless of the device or browser you are using.
Zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen.
Navigate most of the website using a keyboard.
Listen to most of the website using a screen reader.
We have tried to make the website text easy to understand, although we recognise it is not written in Plain English.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
How accessible is this website?
Most images have alternative text descriptions, except those that are purely decorative.
Some colour combinations do not have a sufficient colour contrast ration, although we have endeavoured to do so when possible.
If you find any problems not listed on this page, think we’re not meeting accessibility requirements or require information on this website in a different format, contact: victorianhand@fashion.arts.ac.uk.
